First Monday Menu: Mother’s Day Tea, 1940

Since this weekend is Mother’s Day here, I thought this was the perfect menu for today. It’s from Your Gas Range Cook Book, published in 1940 by the Wyandotte County (Kansas) Gas Co. Scroll down for the fruited tea cakes recipe.
