Whipped Hamburger Balls

Remember last Monday’s whipped hamburger balls? Here they are!

Results

These are savory little patties of deliciousness. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but these are fantastic. You can taste the Worcestershire sauce, but everything is well-blended. I think these would be pretty versatile, too. Larger patties would make tasty burgers. Eating them on a bed of noodles, or even rice, would work well, too. We actually ate a bunch of them by just popping them in our mouths as a snack. We did let them set in the refrigerator for a few hours as suggested.
