The home front housewife was always looking for recipes that helped her stretch meat and use fewer points. Advertisers knew that and often employed people to come up with helpful recipes to include in their ads. This spring 1943 Armour ad has three meat-stretching recipes that could be added to a home front kitchen’s recipe box.
