This menu is from a 1943 Betty Crocker book of menus, recipes, and hints. It’s a fascinating little booklet, and I plan on sharing more of it in the coming weeks. For this month’s menu, I’m going to show you one of the many menu ideas included in it. The recipe for the coffee cake is a little farther down in the post.
